The Winding-up Board of LBI hf. (formerly Landsbanki Islands hf.) has implemented a moratorium on claim transfers from 23^rd of May 2013 to the 31^st of May 2013. Transfers of claims will not be recognized during the moratorium in order for the Winding-Up Board to prepare an updated list of claims, that will be made available one week in advance of the next Creditor’s Meeting, held on the 30^th of May 2013.

Transfers received on or before the 23^rd of May will be processed, but no transfers, including those already under review, will be deemed successful until after 31^st of May 2013. Claim transfer request forms received during the above mentioned time period will be held and considered to have been received on the 31st of May 2013.
