TRANSFER OF LBI'S ISSUED SECURITIES

Transfer Regulations (Updated 18 January 2017)

As of 10 October 2016 the transfer forms have been updated to reflect the conversion of the Share capital of LBI from ISK to EUR. All future transfers should be executed using the revised documents:
