The Winding-up Board of LBI hf. intends to hold a creditors' meeting on 2 October 2015. In addition to the customary agenda for creditors' meetings, the Winding-up Board will present to the meeting its proposal with regards to a stability contribution, and its intention to make a formal decision with respect to that. The meeting will also address the status of the ongoing composition process, at the time of the meeting. The agenda for the meeting will be published no later than one week before the meeting.

Furthermore, the Winding-up Board intends to hold a creditors' meeting on 5 November 2015 to vote on a composition proposal. Such a proposal, along with necessary documentation, will be provided to creditors in time for that meeting.

The dates of the meetings as set above may be subject to change if determined necessary by the Winding-up Board. We advise creditors to monitor this web page for possible updates.
